MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Any person that engages with the Application, Materials or Interventions in any way is considered as a User. The User agrees that he/she is over 18 years of age. The User must always consult a healthcare provider to determine the appropriateness of recommendations, guidelines, treatments, interventions, advice, products, services (Intervention), or any other Material.
The Varico Health App web app, Varico Health mobile applications, and any product or service provided by the us (Application or App) are not meant to diagnose any disease. The User understands that the application is still in development and still have many short comings and flaws, and thereby understand that it is the User’s sole responsibility to ensure his personal wellbeing, safety, and recovery, and hereby waves all reasonability legal, financial, and otherwise from the Providers.
If the User has any health problem(s) and/or concerns regarding a previous or current symptom, disease or injury (Disease), or if has any questions or concerns regarding his/her health or a medical condition, he/she should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider as soon as possible.
The User agrees to never disregard medical or professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something any Intervention or Materials. The User agrees to not delay or rely on information or content of this website in place of professional medical advice.
If the User feels any negative symptoms, pain or discomfort, immediate discontinuation is advised. The User agrees to seek professional medical advice prior re-engaging with any Intervention or Material.
If the User has a medical emergency, immediate contact a local emergency department or medical provider is advised. The Providers hold neither responsibility nor liability for any physical or psychological damage, nor for any other damage incurred during undertaking of any Interventions or Materials.
Varicocele Healing, Ltd. provider(s) does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, products, procedures, opinions or other information that may be provided or referred to.
Any referred to or linked to content or websites may contain text, graphics, images or information that the User might find offensive (e.g., sexually explicit). Varicocele Healing, Ltd. have no control over and accept no responsibility for such materials.
All Materials and Interventions are for educational purposes only, and are the viewpoint of the Providers. They are not intended nor implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
By purchasing, and using any products or services, or anything that is recommended or referred to, any following any recommendations provided, the User agrees to take full responsibility for any damage incurred and waves and relieves and waives all legal, financial, and all other liability of the Providers.
Material or Interventions regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The User agrees to stay safe and consult his/her physician before attempting or adhering to any of the Materials or Interventions.
Materials and Interventions on the App are for reference purposes and are not intended to substitute for advice given by a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional (Medical Professional).
The User should not use the Material or Interventions to self-diagnosis or for treating a health problem or disease without the aid of a Medical Professional. The User agrees to contact his/her Medical Professional immediately if he/she suspects to have a medical problem.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER
While we work to ensure accuracy of the Materials and Interventions, discrepancies might arise. On occasion, manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our web site, and/or there may be discrepancies between actuality and the presented Materials or Interventions. The User agrees to not solely rely the Material or Interventions, and to always read labels, warnings, directions, and any other guidelines before adhering to any Material or Intervention. For additional information about a product, the User can contact directly contact the provider, manufacturer or their Medical Professional.
REFUND POLICY
There are aboslutely no fees associated with free trial memberships. No cancelation fees associated with free trials. Any free trial preiod is 100% free and no charges will be applied.
For all paid memberships, we have a strict no refund policy. If the User decides to stop or cancel his/her subscription to the Application, he/she can do so directly on his profile page. In case of inability to access his/her profile page, then a written notice is required to the contact information provided below. Once the User cancels, his/her subscription will be active until the completion of the the membership period that the User subscribed to, and then will deactivate. There are no prorated refunds.
PRIVACY POLICY
Providers may collect information about the User in a variety of ways. The information collected the Application includes: Personal data and personally identifiable information, such as the User’s name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as the User’s age, gender, hometown, and interests, that the User voluntarily give to the Providers when he/she registers on the Application or chooses participate in various activities related to the Application, such as online commenting, chat, etc. The User is under no obligation to provide Providers with personal information of any kind, however the User’s refusal to do so may prevent him/her from using certain features of the Application.
Information the Provider’s servers automatically collect when the User accesses the Application, such as the User’s IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages viewed directly before and after accessing the Application. If the User is using the mobile application, this information may also include the User’s device name and type, operating system, phone number, country, likes and replies to a post, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information the User chooses to provide.
Financial information, such as data related to the User’s payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that the Providers may collect when the User makes a purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about the Provider’s services from the Application. The Providers store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Stripe, DJStripe, and other, and the User is encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to his/her questions.
The App may by default access the User’s Facebook basic account information, including the User’s name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that the User chooses to make public. The Providers may also request access to other permissions related to the User’s account, such as friends, checkins, and likes, and User may choose to grant or deny the Application access to each individual permission. For more information regarding Facebook permissions, refer to the Facebook Permissions Reference page.
User information from social networking sites, such as [Apple’s Game Center, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter], including the User’s name, social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if the User connects his/her account to such social networks. [If the User is using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone the User invites to use and/or join our mobile application.] Mobile Device Data Device information, such as the User’s mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of the User’s device, if the User access the Application from a mobile device.
Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if the User connect his/her account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information.
Personal and other information the User may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.
If the User connects using our mobile application:
- Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from the User’s mobile device, either continuously or while the User is using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If the User wishes to change our access or permissions, he/she may do so in your device’s settings.
- Mobile Device Access. The Providers may request access or permission to certain features from the User’s mobile device, including the User’s mobile device’s [bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage,] and other features. If User wishes to change our access or permissions, he/she may do so in the User’s device’s settings.
- Mobile Device Data. The Providers may collect device information (such as the User’s mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
- Push Notifications. The Providers may request to send the User push notifications regarding the User’s account or the Application. If the User wishes to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, the User may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Having accurate information about the User permits the Application and Providers to provide the User with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about the User via the Application to:
- Administer various application services.
- Administer sweepstakes, promotions, and contests.
- Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.
- Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties.
- Create and manage the User’s account.
- Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Application to the User.
- Email the User regarding his/her account or order.
- Enable user-to-user communications.
- Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Application.
- Generate a personal profile about you to make future visits to and use of the Application more personalized.
- Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the User’s experience with the Application.
- Notify the User of updates to the Application.
- Offer new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to the User.
- Perform other business activities as needed.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Request feedback and contact the User about the User’s use of the Application.
- Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
- Respond to product and customer service requests.
- Send the User a newsletter.
- Solicit support for the Application.
- Other.
The Providers and the Application may share information that we have collected about the User in certain situations. The User’s information may be disclosed as follows: By Law or to Protect Rights If we believe the release of information about the User is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share the User’s information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
The Providers and the Application may share the User’s information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
With the User’s consent, or with an opportunity for the User to withdraw consent, we may share the User’s information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
If the User interacts with other users of the Application, those users may see the User’s name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, including sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking various Materials, following various Materials.
When the User posts comments, contributions or other content to the Application, the User’s posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the Application in perpetuity.
The Providers and the Application may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when the User visits the Application. These companies may use information about the User’s visits to the Application and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to the User.
The Providers and the Application may share the User’s information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
The Providers and the Application may share the User’s information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.
If the User connects to the Application through a social network, the User’s contacts on the social network will see the User’s name, profile photo, and descriptions of the user’s activity.
The Providers and the Application may share the user’s information with advertisers and investors for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. The Providers and the Application may also share the User’s information with such third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
If the The Providers reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, the Providers transfer the User’s information to the successor entity. If the Providers we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, the User’s information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. The User acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline honor commitments the Providers made in this Privacy Policy. The Providers are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom the User shares personal or sensitive data, and the Providers and the Application have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If the User no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, the User is responsible for contacting the third party directly.
Cookies and Web Beacons [The Providers and the Application may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize the Application and improve the User’s experience. When the User accesses the Application, the User’s personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. The User can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Application. The User may not decline web beacons. The Providers and the Application may use third-party software to serve ads on the Application, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This third-party software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize the User’s online experience with the us and the Application. By accessing the Application, the User consents to the collection and use of the User’s information by these third-party vendors. The User is encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to the User’s questions. The Providers and the Application do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors. However, if the User do not want any information to be collected and used by tracking technologies, the User can visit the third-party vendor or the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out Tool or Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool. The User should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with the Providers and the Application. Once the User has used these links to leave the Application, any information the User provides to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of the User’s information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, the User should inform him/her self of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in the User’s discretion, protect the privacy of your information. The Providers and the Application are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.
The Providers and the Application use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect the the User’s personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information the User provides to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, the Providers and the Application cannot guarantee complete security if the User provides personal information.
The Providers and the Application do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If the User becomes aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us at the contact information provided below.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting the User can activate to signal his/her privacy preference not to have data about the User’s online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates the User’s choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform the User about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
The User may at any time review or change the information in his/her account or terminate his/her account by:
- Logging into his/her account settings and updating the account

- Upon the user’s request to terminate the User’s account, we will deactivate or delete his/her account, but not the information from our active databases. Some information is retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.] Some information is retained in our files for application use and development purposes.
If the User no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, then the User may opt-out by:
